Event Logistics

• Parking: Parking is available on-site but is not included with registration. Standard EXPO parking rates apply.

Our event will feature four breakout rooms offering a variety of complimentary information sessions and career development workshops. Throughout the day, attendees will have access to presentations, workshops, and information sessions led by law enforcement agencies, emergency services organizations, and career development professionals. These sessions are designed to provide valuable insights into recruitment processes, career pathways, and the skills needed to succeed in public safety professions.

Advance registration is required for all information sessions and workshops. Capacity is limited, and sessions may fill quickly. Attendees are encouraged to register early to secure a seat in their preferred sessions.

All sessions are included with your free event registration; however, advance sign-up is required as capacity is limited.

Vendor Registration

$350.00 + GST and processing fees

Your vendor registration fee helps cover event venue costs, event setup, booth furnishings, equipment rentals, and includes one complimentary parking pass per booth.

Each vendor space includes:

• One 10' x 10' booth
• One table and two chairs
• Access to exhibit space suitable for displaying vehicles, equipment, and other large assets (subject to approval)
• Opportunity to engage with prospective applicants, students, job seekers, and community members interested in careers in public safety

As this is a non-profit event, any funds remaining after event expenses are covered will be donated to:

Booth Setup & Equipment Displays

• Vendor setup will take place on Friday, September 25, 2026.
• Organizations planning to display vehicles, trailers, specialized equipment, or demonstration assets must notify event organizers no later than September 4, 2026.
• For safety and venue compliance, displayed vehicles must contain no more than one-half tank of fuel, and battery terminals must be disconnected.

Security

Overnight security will be provided for all approved vehicles, equipment, and exhibits located within the event space.

This introductory, hands-on walkthrough is designed for absolute beginners who want to understand the test layout, see the equipment up close, and get comfortable with a few of the key obstacles without the pressure of a full run or timing.

This is NOT a practice test. You will not run the full course, and you will not be timed.

What you'll experience:

• A guided tour of the fitness test setup
• Technique tips to help you approach each obstacle safely
• A chance to try selected components of the course
• Expert coaching and support from the Blue Line team
• A clear understanding of what to expect when you're ready to take the real thing
