About the Event
Our mission for this event is to host a unique, large-scale annual Career Fair for Alberta First Responders and associated organizations, with the goal of offering students and job seekers an exclusive opportunity to explore career paths in the world of first responders. This event is perfect for anyone looking to enter the first responder field, including emergency services, military and frontline workers. Whether you’re exploring a career change from the private sector or just starting your journey in public service, this career fair is for you!
Vendor Information
Vendor Registration $350.00* + tax & processing
*This is to cover the cost of the event hall, set up and booth equipment rentals, and includes one parking pass per vendor booth. Each booth will be 10’ x 10’, include a table and 2 chairs and room to set up vehicles and large equipment if desired.
As it is a nonprofit event, any funds made beyond covering the cost of the event will go to:

We are encouraging you to bring any vehicles or equipment that you would like to display.
Notification of what vehicles and equipment you are bringing must be made no later than March 31st, to allow for event setup modifications. *Note: As per EXPO Centre Terms & Conditions: Vehicles that are part of the exhibit shall contain no more than one half tank of fuel and battery posts shall be disconnected.
Set up for vendors with just a booth starts at 8am the morning of the event.
Set up for vendors bringing in large vehicles / equipment starts Friday April 17th at time TBD
Note: There will be security provided overnight for vehicles and equipment
